Description

This is a two-item measure of an individual’s weight change goals used in the 2015 Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS).

Specific Instructions

Although this was originally used with grades 7-12, the PhenX Working Group members recognize that it is important for a broader age range of adolescents and adults, and a couple of states have included the question in their BRFSS.
