PhenX Interoperability

PhenX protocols are included in several resources which support data interoperability (e.g., NIH CDE Repository, REDCap), biomedical standards (e.g., LOINC, FHIR) and data repositories (e.g., AnVIL, dbGaP, NIMH Data Archive). These ongoing collaborations support the NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy and help PhenX users collect, find, share, and exchange data.

Contains images of standards (LOINC, SnowMed CT, HL7 FHIR), ontologies (MeSH, Human Phenotype Ontology, Bio Portal), common data elements (NIH CDE Repository, National Cancer Institute), data collection tools (REDCap), repositories (dbGap), and resources (NIH NIEHS, Medical Data Models, NCI Meta Thesauraus) that are connected to the PhenX Toolkit.
