Description

Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System® (PROMIS) Pediatric Item Bank v2.0 - Mobility Short Form 8a is an 8-item self-administered questionnaire (with a proxy version available), with items prompting on a five-point rating scale indicating how well an individual can perform a specified task. This protocol was validated in individuals aged 8- to 17-years-old.
