Protocol - Bullying
The Olweus Bullying Questionnaire is a survey for children in grades 3-12 to respond to questions about bullying. It measures exposure to various forms of bullying, and extent to which peers, teachers, and parents respond.
When used to evaluated school-based programming, at least 15 students per grade should be given this survey and at least 10 students per ethnicity. This instrument is most commonly used to evaluate the effects of school-based anti-bullying interventions.
The Olweus Bullying Questionnaire is a questionnaire on bullying that can be administered on paper or electronically. This questionnaire is filled out by students in grades 3-12 and scored against a national database.
The Olweus Bullying Questionnaire is a proprietary protocol and must be purchased from the Hazelden Publishing.
