The Short Form-McGill Pain Questionnaire-2© (SF-MPQ-2©) provides the respondent with a list of words that describe some of the different qualities of pain and related symptoms. Respondents are asked to put an X through the numbers (from 0 to 10) that best describe the intensity of each of the pain and related symptoms they felt during the past week.
